GOLD - Starts at $ 800.00

All from the basic and we will measure the square footage of the home to make sure the builders are not charging you for non-livable space. A real good negotiating bargain for your realtor. We need the detailed description of what needs to be replaced along with pricing for repair & items ex: fans, exterior & interior lights, doorknobs etc.

PLATINUM - Starts at $ 1700.00

All from the first two Includes an IAQ test. Duct sanitation that kills all mold and bacteria in the vents (we recommend a duct cleaning before by a licensed HVAC company) giving your home a fresh clean smell upon moving in. Naturally deterring inspects and pest away from the structure.
